The mobile shareshack has been visiting the park every Monday between 2.30pm and 4pm, providing access to free tools, equipment, games, household and DIY items for free on loan to the local community.
The Van has been well used whilst its been located inside the park, however due to the wet weather and to avoid damage to the field the Van will be temporarily located at the Brougham Street entrance on the road.
Once the the weather conditions improve and the field is drier, it will relocate back inside the park.
As a reminder here are some of the items available to borrow from the Van:
Lawn Mowers, Carpet Cleaners, Digital Spirit Level, Slow Cooker, Wallpaper Stripper, Hammer Drill, Tool Kit, Gardening Tools, Leaf Blower, Sports Equipment, Board Games, Books, Balance Bikes. All items are subject to availability.
